On Orders above £50.00 delivery is free all over the United Kingdom. A full breakdown of the shipping details, including the full total amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed. Customers hold the right to leave the order stage at this time before the order goes through. 1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 7 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Find out how to return your item(s) below. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. (subject to availability)

2. FAULTY GOODS

Please return your item(s) to us within 7 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ section and a member of our team will look into it or send us an email at info@lessthan9pounds.com. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund. Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging (cellophane bags and/or shoe boxes), with tags and labels. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy. Lessthan9pounds.com reserves the right to the final decision in regard to the return items condition.

3. HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

To return an item back to us please pack your items securely and include a cover note clearly stating your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and/or EMAIL address within the returning parcel. Upon arrival, the returns are subject to inspection for compliance with our Return Policy. Refunds are processed within 7 days.

4. REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps from above and reorder for a replacement. Subject to availability.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have received an email notification of the refund but haven’t received the money yet, first check your bank account before contacting us. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lessthan9pounds.com.

7. FOOD

For reasons of health & safety, you may not return your order if the Product(s) are perishable items (e.g. food) unless such Product(s) were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered. We will always do our best to ensure that your Product(s) are packed and wrapped adequately to ensure your order arrives correctly and in perfect condition.
